Regarding misuse of signed blank sheet

I am facing a false complaint of 498a, DV etc. by my wife against me and my parents in CAW cell. In this regard, to apply for bail (notice), trusting my lawyer, I signed twice on a blank sheet (legal court paper) along with vakalatnama from my side and gave to my lawyer for submitting my bail application 15 days ago. Next day my lawyer told me that he will show me the content of the bail application and only after my approval he will submit my bail application prepared using the blank sheet signed by me. He also told me that he will give me a copy of the bail application to me. I am asking him from last 15 days about it and he is simply delaying, on one or other context, giving/showing me a copy of any application submitted by him on my behalf, using that blank sheet signed by me. I am extremely tense about it and my lawyer is not at all cooperating with me.

  1. Please help me understand in what possible ways can my lawyer misuse that blank sheet (Legal size court paper) signed twice by me?
  2. If my lawyer doesn’t return to me that blank paper signed by me or show me for what purpose he used it, What steps, if any, can I take to stop or minimize misuse of that blank sheet signed by me?

Thanks and regards.

Please don't worry.

Please follow Section 24 of Indian Evidence act.

This kind of documents will be treated as confession if he submits any false petition unless you give any witness in witness box.

Confession is not an evidence.

Fire this corrupted lawyers and learn how you can fight in-person from my links below.

Let’s make unemployed them. believe me, this is good for our great nation.

Please read each of my posts carefully in the following links for sample petitions and other necessary clues.

Thanks a lot Rocky Smith.

Your advice is indeed very helpful & relieving. I will go through your posts.

I will be grateful if experts may please give their suggestions on my following queries:

Is it possible to use that blank legal size court paper signed by me to transfer ownership of the assests registered in my name like my Flat, shop & car to someone else (Rogue advocate/my wife)? My wife knows details of assests in my name.

Will it be helpful to submit an application in Women cell, session court or other appropriate concerned authorities stating that i handed over such a blank Legal size court paper signed twice on it by me to my advocate and he is not able to trace it now. To prevent its misuse, court/women cell may please take my confirmation about any statement(s) made in future in my name/signature.

Please go head and file a GDE in local police station.

Again follow Indian Evidence Act Sec. 123.

Anything written on your signed legal paper is still not evidence unless you personally appear before proper lawful authority and solemnly affirm the same before them.

So please don't worry.

You are welcome.

If every signed paper was valid evidence then wrong doers could obtain signature on papers by showing guns / pistols.
