According to statewise my caste come under bc-e category as"qureshi".as shown below from list

but in central list obc list it is like this
| 62 | Arekatika, Katika, Quresh (Muslim Butchers) |
because of having qureshi in bc-e list and quresh in obc list. tashildar refusing to issue obc caste certificate for me.he is saying my caste not come under obc list. and he is saying both are different also.so please help me what to do for this.

Are you a Muslim Butcher? If you are then give your Tahsildar in writting that you are a muslim butcher and give a self certificate that Qureshi and Quresh is the same thing. If you are not a muslim buthcher then you should not ask for a certificate.
