Need a quick help on my issue - We have registered a Plot in a gated layout from a developer and it was approved by urben developemnet authorities. Just recently we come to know that developer mortaged the one surevy part of the layout to one Nationalised Bank and now Bank notified that they will be auctioning that survey as the developer not paid the debts to Bank. Now we were clueless how registartion authorities allowed the property registartion as it was mortgaged. Can some help us how to we can proceed to file a case with police as it was cheating by developer, or need to go court to file legal notice against developer/registartion authority or what were the other actions we can ake before we loose our plot.
