sir., my clients grand father and his father have entered into an partition deed in that an common understanding between my client father share and grandfather that for four shops in my clients schedule grandfather is entitled to get rent alone till his life estate and later it comes into my clients hands after death of grandfather ., know the problem is Father of my client died on 2010 and his son my client and his mom is in possession and enjoyment of property .,
key problem is that the grandfather who has only life estate is not willing to disclose rent amount and lease agreement amount in his custody by this my client may suffer heavy losses after the life of grandfather
what is the solution for this legally

You can get the partition deed certified copy from sub-registrar office. Contact local advocate and take search in the sub-registrar office.
