In 2013, we bought a Villa in a gated community (according to advertisement). Most of the owners including we already had their plots registered on their names and entered into "Construction Agreements (Work Orders)" with Construction company. Since They hasvn't been able to fulfill their agreement in time, we feel they don't have any right to stop us from getting the construction completed either through a different builder or by ourselves. We believe no NOC is needed from Company in this regard. Is it possible? Can we construct it by ourselves with out needing NOC from the company.
