During the course of investigation ..if I.O. of concerned case wants to get specimen handwriting ...sec 311 A of CrPC provided that the should be arrested during course of investigation at any time..but..many cases we needs to take specimen handwriting of many people just to identify the actual person behind the scenario..pls suggest any judgement or direction of Ld. courts. to avoid arrest just to get specimen handwriting or signature...
