I filed divorce in family court on date 06/12/2014. First date is given on 19/01/2015.How i track that notice is served or not?I filed divorce in Ahmedabad.My wife lived in Aligarh,Uttarpradesh.My lawyer is telling we will come to know on 19/01/2015.If notice will not be served we will apply for registered post A.D.Is there any other way by which we can find the movement of notice.Website of court is also not working.
