If they are really in love religion is no problem for them. They can;

1) Voluntarily choose to have one faith by converting to one religion or

2) Contact Indian embassy for arranging marriage under Special Marriage Act provided both of them are adult and continue to profess their own religion even after marriage.

1) can she have a hindu marraige ceremony + christian marraige ceremony

Hindu marriage ceremony can be held only between two hindus.  So, he has to be converted to Hindu as per rites and customs (which have never been defined precisely) and later on only marriage can be held as per hindu rites and customs and can be registered under Section 8 of the HMAct.

Christian Marriage can be held in India between a christian person and non-christian person.  Marriage will be registered in the church.

The best option is to go for special marriage Act, which allows marriage between two different religious people and after marriage they can keep their religion.

2) what will be the status of her religion after marraige..and her children's religion

No where it is codified, but as per S.C. pronouncements, it appears the children will acquire the father's religion unless they have been born and brought up in the culture of mother.  If both the spouses come to an agreement about the religion of the child/children, that will be the religion of the child, till he becomes major.
