Registrar of societies

Which is the correct office to complain against the functioning of an association formed under the societies regn act? If an office bearer is being removed by plotting against him and against the by laws of the association, whom should he complain? The regn was done by Dist South west, Registrar of societies. Should one write to him or to registrar of cooperative societies or to registrar of societies, Department of Industries in kashmere Gate? Pls provide name and address also.

Registrar Cooperative Societies has nothing to do when the association is registered under Societies Registration Act and the latter is only for registeration purpose and not to hear/entertain any complaint.

You will have to move to the competent court of jurisdiction for that seek advise from local lawyer.

If any member has been removed without following bye laws of the society first of all you should move a complaint before the Registrar of Societies. If he does not consider the same than you shold go High court.
