Hello Experts,
Can you please give the details on the "role of registrar at the time of registering will". Like what all mandetory checks he has to complete. Does he have any resposiblity to confirm the preson excuting will is in good in health phisically & mentally.
Which law section describe about it. I checked Registration Act but didnt got details on about this.

His duty is to verify whether proper stamp duty is paid or not and executant is signed or not. Executant and wittness have to sign before him it is mandatory .
