Dear Sir,
I am interested to purchase a plot of land near BHUBANESWAR , ORISSA , thru a property developer , who is selling land thru plotted scheme for housing & other projects
I made a physicial verification of the land & found out that the land is agricultural land which has been purchased BY THE BUILDER from local villagers & is being sold thu plotting scheme with GENERAL POWER OF ATORNEY agreement
However upon verifying the land physically , we found that the plots have still not been fully developd for civic & municipal amenities like roads etc , but the builder is asking us to do registration of the plot & is willing to give posession after all the plots of the patch of ladn are sold & makes encessary development of civic amenities
Please advice whether we should go for the purchase of plot or not
