My Paternal uncle wants to sell a piece of land to us at less than government value (as per the wish of my uncle's father before his death). My mother is not having any blood relation with him, (only my father has blood relation with him). In this case is it possible to register the property on the name of my mother at less than government rate? Is it mandatory to carry form 37 I and for 230 A? What are the precautions to be taken in this case? Kindly guide. The property is in Hyderabad.
