DEAR experts joint family property 4 acres kept for their father maintenance which in the name of their father and after the death of their father one of them sold to the other with giving any share to his brothers with out informing them by creating some documents for which one of his brother filed a suit for partition of his share along with a petition not execute a registeted a sale deed in favor of purchased person but the court order to notice to them and in the mean time he executed a registered sale deed though he received court notice. can authority has to register the same when a case is pending before the Honorable court regarding the land? Kindly advice on this issue with rulings if any Thanking you in advance.
