I wish to know the entire procedure for registration and execution of a leave and licence agreement, in mumbai. What is this police verification? And why is it needed?
Plz help.
The Leave and License Agreement can be registered at the Sub-Registrars office under whose jurisdiction the said property falls under.
Police Verification is mandatory from the safety and security reasons, police keeps the detail of the said licensee and cross check their details if there is any suspicion.
