Registration of Agreement Of Sale

Hi,

I am in the process of buying a flat which is under construction.

My home loan from HDFC is approved. Now they want me to submit documents, one of  which  is "Registration of the Agreement of Sale"

I have the Agreement of Sale, now what needs to be done to get the same registered.

 I am located at Kolkata, West Bengal
