can provisional member appoint associate member in housing society, can father last affidavit of declaration as this are only my legal hire can be treated the document as FAMILY ARRANGEMENT DOCUMENT TO TRANSFER SHARE CERTIFICATE IN FIRST NOMINATION FORM.IF ANY OTHER PROCEDURE PLEASE LET US INFORM

A ( provisional) member cannot appoint an associate member. Your reuires clarity in my opinion.

Associate member is a proxy member. While difference between Nominal member and Nominee member is latter is not a member but nominated by main member. Since a nominee member is not a member, he / she cannot be elected, selected, co-opted as an office bearer on managing committee.
A provisional member do not have any such rights to appoint an associate member.

Is there any concept / connotation to be termed as "provisional" member in any of housing society in India, which we have not come across ??
Accordingly facts/ query posted is vague and confusing, if it is true.
