Was executed and duly registered at sub registrar office at Navsari, dist Navsari, Gujarat, dated 05/08/2010, bearing Registration serial no. NSR-6261.

For the above said agreement I grant my unambiguous full consent and tender no objection.

I further declare that consent granted by me will be binding to my legal heirs, successors, executors and assignees.

I confirm and declare that I in my free will and without any coercion have given aforesaid consent.
