Registration of polygamy marriage in tamil nadu

Malasian woman is a foreign citizen hence you may not be able to register your second marriage under Tamilnadu marriage registration act even though your personal law permits you to marry another girl during the subsistence of your marriage and the wife is living.

You may not be able to register your second marriage also under special marriage act as the law clearly states your marital status should be single or divorcee or a widower hence your current marital status may not enable you to register your second marriage however if you want to marry her as per personal law you may proceed.
