I wish to know the process, documents related to trusts. The trust is in Tamil Nadu.
1) Is Trust deed alone a proof of registration or it should registered with charity commissioner? By searching in Google, I understood that in some states Trust deed itself contains registration certification.What is the condition in Tamil Nadu? Is trust deed alone sufficient?
2) What does it mean by "Certified copy of Trust Deed" which banks insist? Does it mean we have self certify the xerox copies or is it something the Certified Encumberance Certificate given in the sub-registrar office.
3) What are the other important registrations/ docuemnts which need to be part of a trust?
