Whether all shops and commercial establishments have to be registered under Kerala Shops and Commercial Act

Dear Jacob,
First of all you have to see that whether your establishment falls within command area of any municipal area/ notified area. If yes, only then it is mandatory, otherwise NOT REQUIRED.
