Hi Law Gurus,
I want to know that in UP is it legal to sell the floor and is also get it legally registered in one's name? If the ground floor property is used to take some loan does that affects the other floor owners as well in case the loan was not repayed on time in case it is in the name of other owner (linked to my first question)?
If the owner of property sells the first floor then the right to sell the second floor is right of the ground floor owner or first floor owner?
