My friend was trapped in case u/s 420 for some amount transaction which was setteled before filling of FIR in year back 2010. But due to some pressure case finally submitted to Cjm court recently. Way back ACB was denied but as she joined the enquiry and nothing was financially due ,She was not arrested. As challan is submitted and IO stated in challan that no arrest is required as accused joined the enquiry.
Now as she is summoned , pl advise opinion for regular bail,will regular bail can be granted.
