regularization of contract employees

I'm working as a lecturer in a govt. d.ed college from the past 8 yrs on honorarium basis pay (contract basis).

selection basis

for the above said job, our Dept. gave a paper note that need of lecturer under contract basis.

Dept. has formed one panel for interview.

after the selection our Dept.director issued appointment order for one year.

after every termination we write request to director that to continue for next academic year also. on the basis of our request director renewal our contact.

now I have served 7 yrs. one of my colleague has served 16yrs . other 9 and 3 yrs experience .

all the post are created by govt. but from the beginning of the institution they observing by contact basis only.

now we are planning go for court .
is it possible to regular our job.
