Regularization of contract service

Dear sir, I had appointed as a lecturer on contract basis for 01 year in a govt allopathic medical college, uttar pradesh by state govt in Feb. 2009. i got 2 extention without any gap and still i'm working, so pls tell me weather i can claim for regularization or not? if yes then what is the procedure for the same.

Your tenure being on fixed term, extensions does not entitle you to claim permanency.

As per my understanding if you have worked for 240 days in a year without any break in service then  you have the right to claim REGULARISATION on continuous service within the same employer.
