I would like to request you to suggest me on issue related to insurance
reimbursement for my mother which is almost rejected by Vipul MedCorp( TPA
of United India Insurance) by without in writing the cause i.e. PRE-
EXISTING NATURE. and they have not given any written status niether to me nor to my employer.
Now I would seek the support for any strict action with respect of laws existing in India to file a registered case against United India Insurance company to compell them to cover the expenses on hospitalisation as per the sum insured with Insurance
Kindly do the needful and spare some time as requested.
