i am a central government employee. A private MBBS Doctor treated me for fever and UTI. Now i want to know whether the expenditure that i have incurred during treatement in private Clinic can be reimbursed through Cenral Government Service Rules. (please provide details explaination)

In my opinion, the doctor/hospital under whom treatment was taken has to be notified under the service rules. Since you are treated by a private doctor, re-imbursement of expenses/fee is impossible.
You can ask your employer if it is permissible...
