In the Present criminal case which is at the stage of framing of Charge for last two years.If the Accused feels that the Investigation of this case is not completed in proper manner and the real culprits are outside and are not been brought to books.what is the Procedure to be folioed by the counsel of the accused for reinvestigation to be ordered. well u could approach High Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C for transfer of investigation to some other agency, a magistrate can not order change of investigation agency.
however, if u ve some concrete evidence then can bring forward to the knowledge of court at the time of framing of charges.
