Rejoinder application & say by other party

I'd filed a application for filing a rejoinder (and 4 new proofs)  and the court asked the wife to file her say if the rejoinder should be allowed or not.

Wife says she does not want to file a reply and will leave it to the court to decide if rejoinder should be allowed or not.

In this circumstances do I have better chance of the court acceptimng the rejoinder that I've filed as the other party has not placed any objections in writing? Any suggestion on how to pitch this to the judge.

Kindly respond.

Thanks
