Rejoinder to be allowed

Dear Sir/ Madam,

The judge at FC court has asked for filing a application to file a rejoinder, saying that a rejoinder cannot be done without permission. I have filed the same.

Can someone support with some citations or ideas for argument. I have already attched the rejoinder copy so that it comes on record and it included SMS's and emails from wife which I hadnt attached before.

Any inputs would be very helpful.

Thanks.

since you have already filed a petition to permit you to file additional documents, you have to wait for the other side's counter and make an argument based n the facts of the issue that why and how are those useful to your case.
