Me and my wife were working as doctors on contract from last Eight years in autonomous institute under government of Delhi. Last month we resigned from our posts due to some reasons but till date we are not relieved from institute as we are on one month notice. Now we want to rejoin the institute. Is there any legal provision to do so

In case you want to rejoin your employer and your employer has no issue in that then legally there is no issue at all.
