Related to property

i have one question on property issue

(x) is male he has wife (y) and son (z), x bought a property (house) after his death y and z become owner of house 

now z has 3 sons futher (z)dont want to give share of propery to his 3rd son becoze of any reason

my question is that who will be the real onwer of that house after the death of (x) if y wife of x is living and what is the role of z and z's son in the property

If the property is not self acquired, one has to give the share to other co-shareres as per law, whether he is willing or not.

z can give his 50% share to whoemever he wants as that is considered to be his selfaquired property.x has ownership over the other 50% share of the property

Presently, the property y & z are the jointpwners of the property; it is their absolute property. The sons of z have no rights in the property in the present scenerio.

The 50 percent share in the name of Z can be transferred by him in anyones name as he pleases.
