Relating to missing person

Sir my tenants includes one grandmother, her daughter, and that daughter is having one boy and one girl children. She is a divorced lady .. Now she ran away somewhere and that grandmother and 2 small children don't know her whereabouts.. Grandmother is doubting of her daughter possible to run away with some other religion guy to somewhere (by her conversations with someone on phone while they were together)..... Now both children's liability is on that grandma.. What can she do now? Whether it affects us(landlords) ? What steps can that grand ma take? ( as she asked me?)

It is not the problem of the owner if the tenant has run away but her mother is still residing there.

The owner can terminate the tenancy if the tenant who fled the house is not paying the monthly rental amount and ask her mother and children to vacate.

What about any suggestion if needs to be given for that poor grand old lady?? Whether she can file any complaint against her daughter to look after her children?
