I have a pertinent question.
A relative has been staying at our house since a month. He has set about creating a new PAN card for his wife and also his own.
He is using our address on it. He is an NRI and says he is only using our address for delivery of the PAN card. (also says he has mentioned out-of-India address for the actual).
But when the PAN Card arrived it showed our address under his and his wife's name.
Will this pose a problem any time in the future for us?
Please answer.
He has his own home in this same city where his mother is living.
So, should we ask him to rectify the address to his mother's address?
