I have a elder sister me and my dad decided to get a release deed or settlement deed from her.
Note:- She isn't able to come to registered office because she was in outside from my city she was agree with this deed may I know how to get a legal & registered release deed from her.
As per the situation if your sister isn't able to travel to your own city , you may proceed to get a release deed drafted from a prudent lawyer and then shall get it posted via a registered post to your sisters address.
After this she can sign the deed and send back the same to you via same methodology.
