myself and my Sister both have bought a property ( Plot) in joint name for which my father has invested... my sister is a married. now i want to release my name from the property and add my father's name.. what is the procedure, and is it required that my sister to be present while making the deed...as i am staying in bangalore and she is living in pune. my father is living with me...
