release of minor from Child Welfare Committee

my took a child in Adoption on 15.6.20 by a Notarized Adoption Deed. CWC Child welfare lodge Fir stating that xy bought the child Rs 50000. from biological parents. case started u/a 370(4) IPC read with 81J.J.Act. Xy produced the child to I.O. and cwc took custody of child. How Xy get the child from CWC. plz suggest
