Dear Sir/Madam,
Let me congratulate you for creating such a wonderful fourm. I am working for LnT mumbai as systems engineer,I have signed two years service bond which I would like to break for my medical reasons. I have resigned to my job,as usual they said I have to pay the bond money i.e 2Lakhs. As I have put my medical reasons which was certified by the LnT doctor, they have sent me home for 10 days i.e 20 dec to 31 dec. Now they have not padi the salary of december month to me, instead they have generated the payslip for 15 days and mentioned in payslip as left the organization on 15 dec,2010 though I have worked till 18th dec and went on leave which was approved by the company. Could you please suggest me how could I get this month salary and get relieved from the company. I would be very greatful to you if you can help me in this regard.
