After this I put my resignation which is accepted by the HR and my resignation is with one month notice upto 7th of may, but on 24/4/18 the company issue my full and final cheques and issue a letter on company letter head that they have received company vehicle back from me but there is a gap of 1.5lac in my full and final I handovered the papers to VP of the company but unfortunately now they are refusing to give my relieving letter. kindly suggest me what I can do legally with them.

You'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer for recovery of your lawful dues, which is the remainder amount as well your relieving letter.
If your employer fails to repay the entire amount along with the relieving letter within 15 days of receiving the notice, then you can take legal recourse for recovery and obtaining relieving letter.
