So i have Served the Notice Period and I willing to Pay the Bond Amount of Rs. 1 Lakh against this Exam.. But Still My Company is Saying they will not give me the relieving letter.. They Told me that if u want to go u can go but we will still not give u yor relieving letter.. Even after Paying the Bond Amount..

Dear Bantu

Some companies asks for the relieving letter from your previous employer. But some companies dont.

The only reason for asking the relieving letter is to make sure that you have satisfied your notice period requirement. If you dont receive your relieving letter, no problem.

Don't pay your bond. If they want money let them issue a legal notice, then you pay your Bond. You Win!

Remeber it is not a crime to breach the bond. It is your right to quit your job covering your agreed notice period. No bond can stand against human rights.

I agree you will not get any experience certificate. But if you have the salary slip that should be fine right.

Please don't feel embarssed. I can fully understand your feeling, bcoz I have experienced the same.
