Relieving letter not given by previous employer

I worked for PC Services in 2005-2006. There appointment letter terms and condition didn’t talk about Notice period ,so while leaving that company I didn’t serve the notice period and on that my next company didn’t ask. I join next company and start working, but now when I am looking for change companies are asking for all relieving letters.

I send PC services one email and call them too, but they do not reply.  I offer them for compensation as well but till now no response

Please suggest what should I do to get my relieving letter ?

Since notice period/pay on lieu of notice period was not part of service conditions you don't have to tender it. If you have submitted resignation and were not asked to handover the charge etc then you may claim nothing was pending against you..... And demand the service certificate, relieving letter, salary slips of all molths,Form16,PF number and A/c slips, ESICcard , FnF statement/dues etc...
