Relinquishment deed

Is Relinquishment deed of property to be registered as well ? Please explain the process and documents required and who will register. Are all parties required for registration ? Thanks

Yes it needs to be registered. Consult for further legal help.

Relinquishment Deed needs to be registered by paying stamp duty and all parties needs to be present for Registration.
