Relinquishment Deed

1.Is it possible to make a relinquishment deed by grandmother in favour grandson even her own son is alive but unconscious. Although grand mother don't have any property at the current moments.
2.If not, is there any document that can relieve grandmother's share in property that will come after her son's death being as legal heir.

Grandmother can make Will in favor of the grandson for all present as well future properties or her share in the properties that she may receive after sometime by way of inheritance or otherwise. Will can be got Registered and serve same purpose but after her death.
