Dears
Is it possible for a person to make relinquishment deed even this person don't have any property on his/her name. Means to relieve his her ancestral share that may come after his/ her son died without any will.

Reply_ it is unnecessary.  2. Means to relieve his her ancestral share that may come after his/ her son died without any will.  If a person has ancestral property and died automatically it will devolved to all his/her legal heirs.
