I am eldest sister of two younger brothers who inherited equal shares in house property. My youngest brother wishes to release his onethird share of basement to me. Whereas notionally 12% of indivisible land is associated with basement he does not wish to give up his land share of 4% so his flat will have 26% land share and rest our 2 flats will have 22% land share each (after selling the 4th flat) Is this legally possible?
