Hello,
I have purchased a plot in auction 2yr back .recently (6months back)when I visited my plot I could see transformer poles being planted. I gave a requisition to urban development authority to the shift the transformer but nothing has happened.please help me how to approach this issue

Issue notice to Electricity department of your State regarding removal of the pole within a specified time, if they do not take any action (remove the pole) file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction through a local prudent lawyer.

You should file a writ petition for removal of Transformer as that is your property the electrical department has no right to stand poles or transformer in your property. You can claim damages and rent too

Because the land is legally yours, you should sue the electrical department in a writ petition to have the transformer removed from your property. Both damages and rent might be claimed.
