respected sir, i have a tenant , of shop in nagpur , maharastra,from 1993 with unregistered and no duration of tenancy is mention in that agreement. but last year we made a registered agreement of ONLY 11 months and his tenancy has been lapsed on nov.2011 and now he is not vacating the shop... he is having a wine shop over there... is it is not possible to vacate a wine shop tough it is a revenue generator for the state... please help me .

Dear Jasvinder,

 

You need to send the legal notice through an advocate to the tenant asking him to vacate the premises. even after recipt of the notice he doesn't vacate the premsies, then you need to file the suit against him in the district court.
