I reside in Thane in an apartment with my Family . I am here for two years now . My owner is from Delhi .
Our society is insisting on registered agreement between us. The owner has his reservations to come for registration process.
I am worried if society people can force me to leave .
Is there any process where I can do the registration online or any process where registration can be done without owner's presence.
