Need your expertise in advising which of the Options per LAW is legal for STAMPING / REGISTERING the RENTAL AGREEMENT:
- E-Stamp for .5% of RENT
- E-Stamp for .5% RENT + DEPOSIT
- Franking at Sub-Register Office at Rs.500 for any amount of RENT + DEPOSIT
- Registration of Rental Agreement based on .5% of Rent + Deposit collected from Tenant
AND
- PENALTY if applicable? If its not done as per LAW (from the CORRECT option mentioned above)
