You want to deposit rent in court in what context. Any court has given orders to deposit rent in court?

better visit a local lawyer and proceed according to the local laws...

but keep in mind that the partial deposits will not do any good to you, if you really wish to deposit then make it full.

If the Owner is not taking rent , send him Money Order with AD thro Post Office  on the address given in the address or as best known to you

If  the MO returns keep it in record

After three/ six returns  you may approach the Court thro an advocate
