Hello, We have a commercial property with 32 old tenants who have not paid since 6/7 years but their rent is very low because they are very old tenants and no any legal docdocuments like rental agreement or lese agreement my father used to take rent in 10/12 Month and pay property tax which is also very low just 500rs a year but location is center of market area and market price is very high there.
my query is CAN I take rent with market price value ?
